Utopia Spa embodies a sanctuary from outside distractions, so we ask that customers respect this special relaxation time for others and keep noise to a minimum, ensuring that mobile phones are switched off when entering the spa.

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will do our best to accommodate you in the remaining time. We ask you to understand that during busy periods we cannot allow a late arrival to impact on other clients. The treatment will be charged at full cost even if it has to be curtailed. If your treatment is very short it is possible that it will have to be rescheduled . For Group bookings compensation is only given for the appointments cancelled by us.
All efforts are made by our staff to ensure your treatments run on time, however there may be instances where delays occurr, we would ask you to respect that this may be out of our control and we ask that you be respectful to our staff when this happens.
On arrival We ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow you to complete our health questionnaire, change into your robe and slippers and relax and unwind in the serenity area prior to your treatment
Gift Vouchers: . Gift vouchers can be redeemed for treatments or spa products.
Cancellations Credit cards payments are required to confirm your booking. If a guest needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, 24 hours notice is required or the full price will be charged. A cancellation fee of half price is charged if the treatment is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Health Concerns: Please advise us of any health conditions which you may have, such as high blood pressure, injuries, allergies, diabetes etc. so we can advise you on a suitable treatment to ensure a more pleasant experience. During pregnancy it is advisable to avoid any detoxifying treatment, your therapist would be more than happy to guide you during this special time.
